Step 1

Open the Verdica app and sign in

Step 2

Tap your Profile icon (bottom navigation bar)

Step 3

Legal retention exception: A single pseudonymized record is retained for legal defense purposes, as permitted by GDPR Article 17(3)(e).

This retained record contains ONLY:

  • Your email address
  • A cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 hash of your email address (pseudonymized lookup key)
  • The timestamp of your waiver acceptance
  • The waiver type and version identifier
  • A SHA-256 hash of the exact agreement text you accepted (cryptographic proof of what you signed)
  • Your IP address at the time of acceptance
  • Your user agent (browser/device identifier) at the time of acceptance

This record is retained for seven (7) years from the date of account deletion, solely for the purpose of defending legal claims. This retained data is never used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than legal compliance.

After 7 years, this record is automatically purged.

4. Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

⚠ Subscription Warning: If you have an active Verdica Pro subscription, the App will prompt you to cancel it before completing account deletion. However, deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
